Hi, I’m Jo and I’m a trained biologist (MSc.), environmental educator and freelance illustrator/visual scribe. I specialise in graphic recording, sketchnotes and hand-drawn educational films.

With a multidisciplinary background in natural sciences (MSc. Biology & Ecology), environmental education (Naturschule Deutschland) and a short stint in visual communication (University of the Arts London), I’m always happy to work on projects that combine some or all of these fields of expertise, and/or are generally aimed at making the world a less sucky place.
